2.1. Online Courses: Refund requests for online courses must be made within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the course has not been more than 25% completed.

2.2. Live Classes: Refund requests for live classes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the first class.

2.3. Self-Paced Courses: Refund requests for self-paced courses must be made within 14 days of the purchase date, and the course should not be more than 25% completed.

2.4. Consultancy Services: Refund requests for consultancy services must be made within 7 days of the service agreement date, provided that no substantial work has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1. Course Materials: Any physical or digital materials provided as part of the course are non-refundable once delivered.

3.2. Promotional Discounts: Courses or services purchased at a discount during promotions or sales are non-refundable.
